Diesel USA Group is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Distribution Team in Louisville, Kentucky.
This position will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts, providing assistance with placing orders, preparing cost quotes, and facilitating the delivery of products to our customers.
Typical duties: receiving a high volume of inbound calls to place orders, responding to e-mail inquiries about parts, researching parts availability, preparing orders, and promoting our products by identifying add-on sales opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year working in a customer focused environment
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic automotive parts knowledge helpful
- Having a "Customer Comes First" mentality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a family-friendly schedule of Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. This position will require you to be in the office 5 days a week.
