Diesel USA Group, a Jasper Holdings company, is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative for our team in Louisville, Kentucky

This position is responsible for selling automotive parts, such as turbochargers and fuel systems, to new and existing customers via inbound phone and e-mail parts inquiries.  The compensation for this position is an hourly wage plus commission on sales made.


Since 1950, we have provided state-of-the-art equipment, technical knowledge, and an amazing amount of inventory to commercial diesel owners. We have close relationships with OEM component manufacturers which gives us the ability to provide genuine parts and factory-authorized service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Selling automotive parts to customers via phone and e-mail inquiries
  • Interacting with customers by answering inbound phone calls
  • Interacting with customers through customer parts inquiries via e-mail and other marketplace messaging systems
  • Developing and identifying new sales and up-sell opportunities
  • Drive business growth by maintaining and identifying new selling opportunities with existing customers
  • Generate and explore new business opportunities through outbound sales initiatives


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team
  • Detail oriented
  • General product knowledge of turbochargers, fuel systems and diesel service industry is a plus but not required 
  • Previous work experience in a call center and or customer service preferred

This is a full-time position with a family-friendly schedule of Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
